在十一届全国人大四次会议上,温家宝总理指出,要进一步扩大内需特别是居民消费需求。随着我国商铺市场的兴起与发展,商铺需求对直接拉动投资性需求起着不容忽视的作用,同时又能促进零售业的发展,拉动消费需求。本文针对现阶段国内商铺需求不足的现状,分析了商铺市场潜在需求向有效需求转化的一般性条件,并建议有针对性地加大中小城市商铺和中小型商铺的有效供给,这对于扩大国内需求和消费需求、提高国民生活水准、提高经济发展质量和和效益都具有积极的意义。
