大班额教学中,小组合作学习十分必要,因为只有分组,每个学生才能真正投入到组织的学习中去,才能真正得到关注。大班额下小组合作学习更加激发学生的学习主动性,更全面地提升学生的整体素质,使教学质量大幅提高,但同时对教师提出了更高的要求,一些问题也摆在了我们面前——如何将传统教学与新模式教学有机结合,取长补短;如何将小组合作学习在教学中成功地进行应用等。在多年的实践中,我觉得要成功发挥和运用大班额下小组合作
