9月18日,在人民大会堂,隆重举行了风云一号D气象卫星和海洋一号A卫星在轨交付暨风云三号卫星合同、海洋一号B星协议签字仪式。中国航天科技集团公司、总装备部分别与中国气象局、国家海洋局进行了风云一号D卫星和海洋一号A卫星交付签字;航天科技集团公司还与中国气象局签订了风云三号气象卫星研制合同,与中国国家海洋局签订了海洋一号B卫星启动协议。这是中国航天事业发展中又一件大喜事,对此卫星研制和地面应用系统的几位总设计师别有一番感慨。
On September 18, at the Great Hall of the People, a ceremony was held for the on-orbit delivery of Fengyun-1 D Meteorological Satellite and Fengyo-1 Satellite Satellites, the Fengyun-3 satellite contract and the agreement of B-1 Ocean. China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, the General Armaments Department and the China Meteorological Administration, the State Oceanic Administration, respectively, the first cloud D satellite and the Ocean One A satellite delivery signature; Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation and the China Meteorological Administration also signed Fengyun III meteorological satellite Development of the contract, and China’s State Oceanic Administration signed Ocean One B satellite launch agreement. This is yet another big joy in the development of China’s space industry, and several chief architects of satellite development and ground application systems should not have any feelings about it.
