宿迁市总人口555万,劳动力266万,其中,农村劳动力195万。建市之初,由于工业基础薄弱,劳动力增收主要以外出务工为主。近年来,随着“工业强市”战略的推进以及招商引资力度的加大,工业经济得到快速发展,企业对人力资源的需求呈逐年上升态势。全市平均每年新增就业岗位6万个,其中技能型人才岗位2万个,人力资源供给不足已成为制约企业发展的主要瓶颈之一。为破解企业用工难题,再造人力资源新优势,宿迁市立足市情,创新举措,在吸引人力资源集聚方面频出新招,吸引各类人才向宿迁集聚。
