一、概况紫荆关三级水电站位于河北省易县五一渠渠道上,是建设易县农村电气化电源的骨干工程。电站设计水头为80.0m,总装机容量为3,750kW。工程始建于1984年6月,竣工并正式运行于1986年10月,整个电站工程造价为357万元(含输电线路12万元),是目前河北省单位千瓦投资最低,且工期较短的一座水电站。其主要技术经济指标如表1所列。
