镇江新区外商投资服务中心位于镇江市新区。该建筑群由5栋单体:一站式服务楼、重大项目管理楼(党工委楼)、会展中心、后勤服务楼、接待中心所组成,这是由竞标而来的一个实际工程。设计场地紧靠一小山包,建筑作为变化地貌的产物,需要体现该地段地形起伏的特色,我们的设计就是强化这种特色,顺应地貌变化的产物。在建筑上为了体现这种动态的形式,采用了板片和折叠的手法。折叠是动态的位移,它的发展是通过连续和变化、动作和相互作用、变形和位移的结果拓展和延伸了建筑的内部和外部,折叠的动态就是通过折叠、展开和再折叠不断地进行着。
Zhenjiang New District Foreign Investment Service Center is located in Zhenjiang New District. The complex consists of five units: one-stop service building, major project management building (party committee), convention and exhibition center, logistics service building and reception center. This is a bidding from the actual project. Designing a site close to a hill package, the building as a product of a changing landscape needs to reflect the undulating terrain of the site. Our design is a product that reinforces this unique feature and adapts to changes in landscape. In order to embody this dynamic form of architecture, the use of panels and folding techniques. Folding is a dynamic displacement that develops by expanding and extending the interior and exterior of a building as a result of continuous and changing movements and interactions, deformations, and displacements. The dynamics of folds are constantly carried out by folding, unfolding and refolding .
