有机磷中毒迟发性神经病发病率甚低,我院近来收治一例,现报告如下。患者男性,19岁。1991年5月13日在搬农药1605时不慎打碎装满原液的药瓶,在清扫药液过程中双足双手均浸渍药液,上肢染及肘关节,下肢染及膝关节,持续时间约1h。时隔0.5h后,发生头晕、眼花、恶心及全身出汗,急送当地医院时已昏迷,按有机磷中毒抢救。第2天神志清醒,四肢活动正常;第5天下床活动。第8天开始自感烦燥,失眠严重,四肢麻木,双小腿疼痛;第12天双下肢沉重感,明显乏力,不能抬高,站立不稳,举步费力,行走缓慢。上肢亦有相似症状,不能抬举,提轻物不能。在当地医院治疗效果不佳,于1991年7月1日转入本院。既往体健,无神经精神病史。

Past physical health, no history of neuropsychiatric disorders.
