朱家角镇党委、政府针对当前农村社区教育工作面临的新形势、新问题,成立了以党委书记为组长的农民教育工作领导小组,并专门设立了农民教育办公室,在全镇农民中开展了“镇情、村情通报”“双月主题教育”和“宣传员流动宣传”三项教育大课堂特色学习活动。通过项目的实施,满足社区居民希望及时了解村镇动态、劳动致富信息和提高农民自身素质及其终身学习的需求;拓展了社区学校的功能,将社区教育延伸至基层居村委,促进了居村委学习点建设;创新了农村社区教育的管理和运行机制,促进了朱家角镇学习型社区建设。第一,以“健全机制”为抓手,开展“三项教育大课堂”特色学习活动运作的实验。
