目的:应用多层螺旋CT对鼻腔外侧壁即蝶腭孔进行重建观察,重建立体图像资料的数据与解剖标 本数据进行对照,以验证三维成像测量数据的可靠性。方法:选用5具(10侧)固定后的成人尸颅进行位置、形 状、大小及毗邻关系的观察与有关数据的测量。结果:多层螺旋CT成像的速度快,图像清晰,表面遮盖差异显示 容积技术对鼻腔外侧壁即蝶腭孔的成像,表面结构清晰。多层螺旋CT成像的测量数据与解剖测量的数据无统 计学意义,可直接指导临床。结论:多层螺旋CT三维立体成像可以帮助手术定位。
OBJECTIVE: To reconstruct the lateral wall of the nasal cavity, ie the sphenopalatine foramen, with multi-slice spiral CT and to reconstruct the data of three-dimensional images and anatomic specimens to verify the reliability of three-dimensional imaging data. Methods: Five corpses (10 sides) were used to observe the position, shape, size and adjacent relation and the related data were measured. Results: Multi-slice spiral CT imaging is fast, the image is clear, and the difference of the surface cover shows the imaging of the lateral wall of the nasal cavity, namely the sphenopalatine foramen, with a clear surface structure. The data of multi-slice spiral CT imaging and anatomical measurement have no statistical significance, which can guide clinical directly. Conclusion: The multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional imaging can help surgical positioning.
