患者女性 ,15岁 ,自幼发现心脏杂音 ,稍剧烈活动即感气促、胸闷 ,甚至出现头昏 ,休息后症状可消失 ,每受凉感冒后症状亦加剧。查体 :发育正常 ,皮肤粘膜紫绀 ,无颈静脉怒张及血管异常搏动。心前区无隆起 ,心搏动点位于左第六肋间锁骨中线外 1.0 cm处 ,胸廓左缘第 3、 4肋间可扪
The female patient, aged 15, had heart murmur at an early age. A little vigorous activity was accompanied by shortness of breath, chest tightness and even dizziness.
