目的了解肝细胞癌(HCC)切除后经门静脉定期化疗辅以高压氧(HBO)对复发的影响。方法 48例患者随机分成2组,其中25例在0.25 MPa(2.5 ATA)HBO 状态下(HBO 组)和23例在通常状态下(Non-HBO 组),采用 FMC 方案经门静脉化疗4疗程。结果 HBO 组2年内复发率低于Non-HBO组(x~2=5.30,P<0.05)。结论虽然 HCC 切除后的复发与肿瘤大小、肝功损害、肝硬化程度等有关,但经门静脉定期化疗辅以高压氧的方法能明显减少复发率。
Objective To investigate the effects of regular portal vein chemotherapy plus hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) on recurrence after resection of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Forty-eight patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, of which 25 were under 0.25 MPa (2.5 ATA) HBO (HBO group) and 23 under normal conditions (Non-HBO group). The FMC protocol was used for portal vein chemotherapy 4 courses. Results The recurrence rate in the HBO group was lower than that in the Non-HBO group (x~2=5.30, P<0.05). Conclusion Although recurrence after HCC is associated with tumor size, liver damage, and cirrhosis, regular portal vein chemotherapy plus hyperbaric oxygen therapy can significantly reduce the recurrence rate.
