柴油机机油是柴油发动机使用的润滑油,随着柴油机保有量的增加,柴油机机油的用量也越来越大。通过对柴油机机油的作用和特性的进一步了解,进行合理使用,不但可以节约大量油料,而且能够延长零件和整个机器的使用寿命。下面仅就柴油机机油的合理使用问题谈几点体会。 一、柴油机机油的功用 1.减磨作用 柴油机上许多表面相互接触并相对运动的零件,如曲轴和轴瓦,活塞环和缸套等。在运动中零件相互接触表面发生摩擦,运动阻力增大,并使元件表面磨损,加入粘度适当的柴油机机油,能保证在任何温度条件下,形成和保持足够强度的油膜,减少磨损。
