藏汉双语教育是我国民族教育中的一项基本政策,也是提高西藏地区基础教育质量的重要途径。而藏汉双语教育质量好坏,取决于师资水平的高低。学前儿童正处于语言发展的敏感期,接受新知识、新事物的速度较快,第二语言学习得越早,取得的效果就越明显。因此,构建学前藏汉双语教育师资人才培养模式至关重要。
Tibetan bilingual education is a basic policy in ethnic education in our country and an important way to improve the quality of elementary education in Tibet. The quality of Tibetan bilingual education is good or bad, depending on the level of teachers. Pre-school children are in a sensitive period of language development, new knowledge, new things faster, second language learning earlier, the effect is more obvious. Therefore, it is of vital importance to construct a training model of teachers and staff of Tibetan and Tibetan bilingual education.
