欧进萍:45岁,中国工程院最年轻的院士。1978年毕业于湘潭大学,哈尔滨建筑大学博士后,现为哈尔滨工业大学副校长、研穷员、博士生导师。从中国工程院提供的候选人简表中可以着到其“工程科技方面的主要成就和贡献”在结构动力可靠性与地震损伤方面,建立了结构模糊随机振动基本理论,发展了结构抗风和抗震的动力可靠性分苦析方法,提出了钢筋混凝土结构的地雳损伤分折和设计方法。在结构振动控制方面.研制出4种结构耗能减振袭置和3种智能控制系统。在重大工程结构健康监测方面研制出5种长期监测智能传感器建立了结构健康监测的试验与示范系统。
