本文从社会资本的理论视角,探讨国际新创企业成长驱动力问题,结果发现,从社会资本的各维度分析结果来看,仅有结构维度的社会资本对海外市场知识水平的正向作用得到了支持,实证结果不支持关系维度和认知维度的社会资本与新创企业海外知识获取的正向关系。实证结果还发现,海外市场知识在社会资本与新创企业国际化之间并不起作用。这表明,在社会资本存在的条件下,新创企业无须通过海外市场知识的获取,也能够进行国际化经营,社会资本在企业国际化过程中起到更为关键的作用。
From the theoretical perspective of social capital, this paper explores the growth drivers of international start-ups, and finds that the positive effect of social capital with only structural dimensions on the knowledge level of overseas markets has been obtained from the analysis of all dimensions of social capital Supportive, empirical results do not support the positive relationship between social capital in relational and cognitive dimensions and access to overseas knowledge of start-ups. The empirical results also find that overseas market knowledge does not play a role in the social capital and the internationalization of start-ups. This shows that under the conditions of social capital, the newly-started enterprises can operate internationally without going through the acquisition of overseas market knowledge, and social capital plays a more crucial role in the internationalization of the enterprises.
