本文采用戊四氮(PTZ)诱发大鼠癫痫模型,用化学比色法测定了癫痫大鼠额叶皮层及海马中Na+-K+-、Ca2+-、Mg2+-ATPase含量的变化。结果发现:癫痫大鼠脑组织中额叶皮层及海马的诸ATPase含量显著降低。提示额叶皮层及海马中ATPase下降与癫痫发作有关
In this paper, pentylenetetrazole (PTZ) -induced epilepsy model was induced in rats and the content of Na + -K + -, Ca2 + -, Mg2 + -ATPase in the frontal cortex and hippocampus of epileptic rats was measured by chemical colorimetry. The results showed that the content of ATPase in frontal cortex and hippocampus in brain tissue of epileptic rats decreased significantly.
