[目的/意义]网络信息生态链的优化以“网络信息生态链要素质量提升”“网络信息生态链运行效率提高”“网络信息生态链输出价值提升”为目标。文章旨在解决在资源、成本有限的情况下,应优先优化哪项网络信息生态链相关要素,从而带动网络信息生态链得到整体高效优化的问题。[方法/过程]基于信息生态理论,采用多目标突变决策方法,建立网络信息生态链优化的多目标决策模型。[结果/结论]给出燕尾型、尖点型、折叠型网络信息生态链优化的多目标决策模型运算方法。以淘宝网为例进行实证分析,结果表明应优先优化“产品价值”要素,使淘宝网信息生态链得到整体优化。[局限]在对所获取的数据进行统一量化方面,有待深入研究。
[Purpose / Significance] The optimization of the network information ecological chain aims at improving the quality of the elements of the network information ecological chain, improving the operational efficiency of the network information ecological chain, and increasing the output value of the network information ecological chain. This paper aims to solve the problem of which elements of network information ecology chain should be prioritized optimally under the condition of limited resources and cost, so as to promote the overall efficient optimization of network information ecological chain. [Method / Process] Based on the information ecological theory, a multi-objective mutation decision-making method is adopted to establish a multi-objective decision-making model for network information ecological chain optimization. [Results / Conclusions] This paper presents a multi-objective decision-making method for the optimization of ecological chain of dovetail, cusp-shaped and folded network information. Take Taobao as an example for empirical analysis, the results show that priority should be given to optimize the “product value” elements, so that the overall ecological information chain Taobao optimization. [Limitations] In-depth study on the uniform quantification of the data obtained.
