本文介绍了东北电网水电厂计算机监控系统改造的现状。着重阐述了现场改造的原则、现地 LCU 的结构及自动化装置和元件的改造情况,对老电厂实施“无人值班”(少人值守)现场自动化元件的配置及现场改造中的有关问题进行了探讨。
