在物流传输线包括生产线中,自动轨道运行小车输送系统(EMS)是非常重要和实用的系统。EMS自行小车由传送电源和信号源的组件、控制器和电气元件以及驱动系统、载物输送架组成。通常情况下EMS自行小车和中控系统的通信采用多级滑触线的方式来实现,但采用该种方式进行通信会造成较高的故障率,并且不便于安装。此外由于滑触线限制,传统小车只能传递有限的信号,很多控制保护功能无法实现,只能保证基本的控制和保护功能。如果能够开发出一套既便于通信、又能方便现场安装的系统,显然对高效生产尤为必要。
