一、引言在考虑了支承刚度、阻尼以及轴的分布质量、质量惯性矩和弯曲刚度等因素后,可正确地计算透平转子的临界转速。从计算复特征值中得到的阻尼比的倒数就是临界转速下的放大系数,该放大系数也可以从非平衡响应计算中得到。但是,此处对非平衡的分布不能单值地下定义,而且在较好的阻尼条件下振幅峰消失了。另一方面,即使在接近过阻尼条件下也能得到阻尼比。因此,在讨论各种设计条件下振动特性的区别时阻尼比是很有用的。
I. INTRODUCTION The critical speed of a turbine rotor can be correctly calculated after taking into account factors such as bearing stiffness, damping, mass distribution, mass moment of inertia and bending stiffness. The reciprocal of the damping ratio obtained from the calculation of the complex eigenvalue is the magnification factor at the critical speed, which can also be derived from the unbalance response calculation. However, the non-equilibrium distribution here can not be defined in a single value, and the amplitude peak disappears under better damping conditions. On the other hand, the damping ratio is obtained even under near-damping conditions. Therefore, it is useful to discuss the damping of vibration characteristics under various design conditions.
