目的 介绍一种改良LeFortⅠ经上颌入路用于切除颅底中线区肿瘤。方法 使用LeFortⅠ经上颌入路和显微外科技术切除斜坡、鼻咽部和筛蝶窦广泛生长的 8例巨大颅底肿瘤。结果 5例全切除 ,3例次全切除 ,临床症状得到改善 ,无严重并发症。结论 LeFortⅠ经上颌入路可以充分暴露和安全、有效地切除斜坡、鼻咽部和筛蝶窦广泛生长颅底中线区肿瘤
Objective To introduce a modified LeFort Ⅰ maxillary approach for resection of the skull base line tumor. METHODS: Eight cases of giant skull base tumors with widespread growth of the slopes, nasopharynx and sieve sphenoidoid were excised using LeFort Ⅰ maxillary approach and microsurgical techniques. Results 5 cases of total resection, 3 cases of subtotal resection, clinical symptoms have been improved, no serious complications. Conclusion LeFort Ⅰ can be fully exposed through the maxillary approach and safe and effective removal of slopes, nasopharyngeal and serofrequency splanchnic growth of midline skull base tumor
