对证券投资基金法进行修订非常必要,当前我国的经济生活面临“两多两难”:一方面是中小企业众多,但多面临融资难;另一方面是不少企业和个人社会资金多想投资,但不知道往哪儿投,看不准方向,投资难。因此我认为,在这个时候对证券投资基金法进行修订,比较及时,有利于破解上述困局。这次修订有两大突出的亮点:第一是将公开和未公开的募集资金都纳入了调整范围。这就有利于扩大融资,也有利于确定投资方向。第二是对资金的组织形式进行
