情报工作是科研活动的重要组成部分。在教育改革不断深入的今天,高等院校担负的科研任务越来越繁重,对情报服务的质量要求也越来越高。情报人员如何适应这一形势,摆脱收收发发,查查找找的被动局面,如何为高校的教学和科研两大中心任务做出应有的贡献,如何在人材济济的高等学府为情报工作争得一席之地,这些是高校图书情报部门共同关心并致力解决的问题。为了找到一条出路,近年来,我们情报室以定题服务为突破口,主动承担了十几个课题的定题服务工作,对其中的两项并开展了情报调研,
