本文对不同变形量白口铸铁的热疲劳行为进行了探讨。结果表明 ,共晶碳化物是热疲劳裂纹产生及扩展的主要部位和通道 ,碳化物破碎越严重 ,其热疲劳抗力越高 ,热疲劳断口主要为解理断口。
This article discusses the thermal fatigue behavior of white cast iron with different deformations. The results show that the eutectic carbide is the main part and channel for the generation and propagation of thermal fatigue crack. The more severe the carbide fracture, the higher the thermal fatigue resistance is. The thermal fatigue fracture is mainly cleavage fracture.
