一、创新意识。创新作为我们党和民族生生不息的巨大动力,同时又是党的政治工作永葆生机和活力的不竭源泉。在不断变化的新形势下,企业政治工作不创新就跟不上需要,就谈不上优势和发挥作用。创新,正是政治工作在新形势下顺应变化要求必须作出的自我调整、变革和完善。这就要求企业所有政治工作者一定要增强创新意识,自觉而积极地投身创新研究和创新实践,为实现政治工作创新贡献出自己的力量。
First, the sense of innovation. Innovation, as a huge impetus to the continuous development of our party and nation, is an inexhaustible source of forever vigorous and energetic work of the party’s political work. In the ever-changing new situation, the political work in enterprises can not keep up with the need to innovate and can not talk about superiority and play a role. Innovation is precisely the self-adjustment, transformation and improvement that political work must make to meet changes in the new situation. This requires that all political workers in an enterprise must enhance their sense of innovation, voluntarily and actively engage in innovative research and innovative practices, and contribute their efforts to the innovation of political work.
