通过总结齐鲁HDPE装置近几年来出现的反应器床层结块导致的生产波动和非计划停车事故,系统分析结块产生的原因,制定相应的防范措施,为装置的长周期运行奠定了基础。
By summarizing the production fluctuations and unplanned parking accidents caused by reactor bed agglomeration in recent years in Qilu HDPE unit, the reasons for the agglomeration were systematically analyzed and corresponding preventive measures were laid down, laying the foundation for the long-period operation of the unit.
