清廷在治理漠南蒙古的过程中形成了大量的公文档案,其中不少以满文书写。这是清廷处理政务过程中自然形成的原始记录,较为客观可信,是历史研究的第一手资料,具有其他文献资料无法相比的利用和研究价值。本文仅就中国第一历史档案馆保存的军机处满文月折包内有关漠南蒙古地区史料作一评述,以期引起有关学者的重视和利用。
The Qing court in the process of governance in southern Mongolia formed a large number of documents, many of them written in Manchu. This is the original record formed naturally by the Qing court in the process of handling government affairs. It is more objective and credible and is the first-hand information of historical research. It has the incomparable utilization and research value of other documents. This article only reviews the historical data about the Monan area in the Manchu Section of the Military Regiment, which was preserved in the First Historical Archives of China, with a view to arousing the attention and utilization of the relevant scholars.
