去年我厂曾铸造一批铸钢齿轮,形状及尺寸如图1．这种铸件是经常有的,也是比较容易锡造的,可是最初废品率反而很高。自从学习发气压力冒口成功以后,在这种铸件也利用了道先进技术,才获得改善。由于各种齿轮在铸造中非常普遍,所以特别将使用这种发气压力冒口制作齿轮的经验介绍给人家发放,使这先进经验在祖国大规模经济建设中起更大的作用。
Last year, our factory has cast a number of cast steel gears, shape and size shown in Figure 1. This type of casting is often and is relatively easy to make, but the initial rejection rate is high. Since the successful learning of the gas pressure riser, this type of casting has also taken advantage of advanced technology to improve. Since various gears are very common in foundries, the experience of using such gas pressure risers to produce gears is especially introduced to people and this advanced experience has played a greater role in the large-scale economic construction in the motherland.
