History can not be attributed to certain times. However, in some times there really exist and form strategic moments and major changes in the fate of mankind. For example, on February 2, 1943, the Battle of Stalingrad, which lasted about 160 days, ended with the German army’s announcement of its surrender. As another example, on September 2, 1945, Japan and Japan formally surrendered after each of Hiroshima and Nagasaki Japan dropped an atomic bomb by the United States. Similar events have also occurred in other times, such as the landing of the Normandy on June 6, 1944, which marks the beginning of the Armistice in the European West Line of World War II. And the entire war in Europe ended with an unconditional surrender of Germany by Adolf Hitler on the 8th of May 1945 a week after Germany committed suicide in Berlin. The war caused catastrophic losses: the death toll was more than 6 million and the damaged area of the city and of the theater as a whole was hard to estimate.
