存在的问题贵港市从2006年开始实行税务代收工会经费,该市工会收入从2005年的369.55万元.到2010年982.50万元,增长265.86%。在工会经费征收过程中发现一些突击问题,需要我们去探讨和解决。一是行政机关单位的工会经费,财政没有足额划拨。某个区政府(县级)2011年行政机关单位干部职工的工资预算为1.542亿元,区财政应划拨工会经费308.4万元,但该区2011年预算划拨工会经费为20万元。二是企业工会经费收取标准不统一,存在“老实人”吃亏的现象。同在该市江南工业园区的广西贵港南风化肥厂只有400多人,工会每年足额上缴工会经费4万多元,而拥有2000多
