为了观察大气污染对小学生外周血淋巴细胞微核形成的影响 ,在太原市重污染区和相对清洁区选取五年级小学生 84人 ,进行外周血淋巴细胞微核 (MN)观察。结果发现污染区小学生外周血淋巴细胞的微核细胞率高于相对清洁区 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;污染区小学生外周血淋巴细胞的微核率也高于相对清洁区 (P <0 0 5 )。提示小学生外周血淋巴细胞微核形成可能与大气污染有关
In order to observe the effect of air pollution on the formation of micronuclei in peripheral blood lymphocytes of primary school students, 84 primary fifth grade pupils were selected in heavily polluted area and relatively clean area of Taiyuan City to observe MN of peripheral blood lymphocytes. The results showed that the micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes of pupils in the contaminated area was higher than that in the relatively clean area (P <0.05). The micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes of pupils in contaminated area was also higher than that in the relatively clean area (P <0 0 5). Tip pupil peripheral blood lymphocytes micronucleus may be related to air pollution
