目的 探讨牙力与生长发育间关系。方法 牙力测力计测定儿童左右第一恒磨牙咬力 ,取 3次中的最大值。同时测定儿童体重、身高及无痛时下颌最大开口度 ;应用回归方法探讨牙力与年龄、身高 ,体重的相关性。结果 7岁至 12岁年龄组随着年龄的增长 ,牙力也随之逐渐增强 ,两者呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。 11岁和 12岁年龄组中牙力男性明显高于女性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;其他年龄组没有显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。 7岁年龄组女性的开口度明显大于男性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;儿童牙力与身高及体重无显著相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 牙力与儿童年龄呈正相关 ,但与身高及体重未发现相关性
Objective To investigate the relationship between dental force and growth and development. Methods Tooth force gauge measured children around the first permanent molars bite force, take 3 times the maximum value. At the same time, the maximal mandibular opening of children with weight, height and painlessness was determined. The correlation between dental force and age, height and body weight was analyzed by regression analysis. Results The age of 7-year-old to 12-year-old group with increasing age, dental force also increased gradually, the two was positively correlated (P <0.05). Teeth force men in 11 and 12 age groups were significantly higher than females (P <0.05); there was no significant difference in other age groups (P> 0.05). The opening degree of 7-year-old women was significantly greater than that of men (P <0. 05). There was no significant correlation between dental force and height and weight of children (P> 0.05). Conclusions Dental force is positively correlated with children's age, but not with height and weight
