National Chemical Defense Hospital (the) long working conference in October 1992 October 18-18 held in Beijing. 80 representatives of responsible comrades from chemical provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), chemical companies of cities specifically designated in the state planning and various chemical industry protection institutes (IPOs) attended the conference. In order to summarize the work of further invigorating the Chemical and Drug Administration (Institute) in deepening the reform and promoting the development of the chemical industry
