我厂3号发电机端盖,由于长时间的运行,端盖的接触面已经磨损,运行中漏氢比较严重。虽经多次检修,都未得到彻底解决。1985年该机组大修时,我们采用金属涂镀工艺进行修复。涂镀后的端盖结合面平整、严密,运行中未再发生漏氢现象,效果很好。现将涂镀的工艺过程介绍如下:一、涂镀用设备规范所采用的涂镀电源设备是 TD—60型涂镀电源机,输入交流电压为220伏±10%,50Hz,输出直流电压0~35伏,电流分0~6安及0~60安两档;交流电压0~40伏,
