在电子商务迅猛发展中,其所创造出一个独特的环境,从而使得价值链在不断突破传统的价值链,呈现出日益扩大的态势,这是为商业价值地实现带来机遇,同时也为商业的增值方式找到了良好途径,但是电子商务却较大地冲击了企业,因此,企业需要在电子商务的平台中最大化实现产品价值,需要深入研究在互联网的模式下,电子商务的价值链。本文对电子商务中价值链的情况做出叙述,然后聚集在企业电子商务大背景之下,指出了建设电子商务的模式,最后在互联网思维驱动下,分析电子商务的价值影响。

This essay narrates the situation of value chain in e-commerce, then collects in the background of e-commerce, points out the mode of e-commerce construction, and finally analyzes the value influence of e-commerce driven by internet thinking.
