近年来,随着生活水平的提高,糖尿病患者越来越多。肝病患者特别是肝硬化患者的肝功能减退,肝脏对胰岛素的灭活降低,易导致糖尿病,在感染科临床工作中,肝病合并糖尿病患者不断出现,给临床护理提出了更高的要求。本文对68例肝病合并糖尿病的住院患者进行了临床分析,采取了病情观察、饮食指导、心理护理、预防感染、健康指导五项有针对性的治疗,为肝病合并糖尿病患者能取得良好的治疗效果提供了可行的临床措施。
