主要运用数理统计等方法对广州市越秀区东环中学2010-2011级和2009-2010级学生在初一时体育成绩和学生对体育教师教学效果的评价进行分析。结果显示:比较大班、小班身体素质成绩,除了耐力项目其它身体素质成绩都具有非常显著性差异,说明小班教学对学生身体素质的提高确实有效果,但小班教学并非对所有身体素质项目具有较好的教学效果;学生对教师教学效果的评价,小班教学的学生对教师综合能力评价明显好于大班教学的学生的评价,说明教师的教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、表达能力级综合能力是影响小班教学效果好于大班教学效果的重要因素;学生和教师的被试动机因素是否促进小班教学提高体育教学的教学效果仍需进一步研究。
Mainly using mathematical statistics and other methods of East Central, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City, 2010-2011 and 2009-2010 grade students in the first day of physical education and student evaluation of the teaching effectiveness of physical education teachers were analyzed. However, small class teaching is not good for all physical fitness programs The evaluation of teachers’ teaching effectiveness, evaluation of teachers’ comprehensive ability by students in small class is obviously better than that of students in large class teaching, which shows that teachers’ teaching attitude, teaching content, teaching methods and ability of expression are all influenced The effect of small class teaching is better than that of large class teaching. Whether the motivation factors of students and teachers promote small class teaching to improve the teaching effect of physical education still needs further study.
