1病历摘要女,42岁。主因左侧上颌牙疼,伴同侧头痛近2个月余,且逐渐加重,于2010-07-20来我院口腔科就诊。患者诉左侧头痛、眼部发紧。查体:患者左侧上颌牙齿叩击痛,张口度为一食指,牙片报告结果无明显改变。根据患者的症状和体征诊断为三叉神经痛。给予卡马西平、维生素B1、维生素B1等药物口服,约1个月后患者又来就诊,诉头痛、眼痛、牙痛症状加重,并
