目的:研究27例肝炎病人血清、外周血单核细胞(PBMC)及肝脏中GBV-C/HGV正链及负链RNA(复制中间体)的存在状况。方法:应用逆转录-巢式多聚酶链反应技术检测GBV-C/HGV正、负链RNA。结果:27例病人中21例病人血清、7例PBMC、10例肝组织中检测到GBV-C/HGV正链RNA,其中2例单一GBV-C/HGV感染者肝组织中检测到负链RNA,在27例病人血清及PBMC中均未检测到负链RNA。结论:GBV-C/HGV是一种嗜肝病毒,肝脏可能是其复制的主要场所之一,但GBV-C/HGV与HCV混合感染对,在PBMC及肝脏中尚未发现该病毒复制的证据。
Objective: To study the presence of positive and negative copies of GBV-C / HGV in serum, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) and liver of 27 hepatitis patients. Methods: The positive and negative stranded RNA of GBV-C / HGV was detected by reverse transcription-nested polymerase chain reaction. Results: The positive stranded RNA of GBV-C / HGV was detected in the serum of 21 patients, 7 PBMCs and 10 liver tissues of 27 patients. Negative RNA was detected in the liver tissues of 2 patients with single GBV-C / HGV infection , Negative RNA was not detected in the serum and PBMC of 27 patients. Conclusion: GBV-C / HGV is a hepadnavirus, and the liver may be one of the main sites for its replication. However, no evidence of replication of this virus has been found in PBMC and liver since GBV-C / HGV was mixed with HCV.
