各自治州、市人民政府,各地区行署,各县(自治县、市、市辖区、特区)人民政府,省政府各部门、各直属机构: 为认真贯彻执行国务院办公厅《关于实施食品药品放心工程的通知》(国办发〔2003〕65号)精神,经省人民政府同意,现就我省实施食品放心工程有关事项通知如下: 一、指导思想和工作重点实施食品放心工程的指导思想是:以党的十六大精神和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,按照“标本兼治,着力治本”的工作方针,把整治与建设、当前与长远、专项整治与日常监管有机结合起来,推进农产品标准化生产,发展现代流通方式,开展质量认证,建立健全食品卫生安全法规、标准和认证体系,完善食品卫生安全监管体制,确保人民群众食品的消费卫生安全,让人民群众真正能吃上放心食品。
