优质教育是高质高效优化的素质教育,也是农村小学追求的目标。但优质教育不等于优秀校舍、优秀管理制度、优秀教师队伍、优秀生源的简单堆积。真正意义上的优质教育,其根本特点在于有一个能融教学设施、教师队伍、学生群体和管理制度于一体,并能不断从这一整体中形成或产生的良好的校园文化。我校以“立人”为主体,以“立师”为根本,以“立校”为重点,立足实际,持续、渐进建设优质教育资源。
Quality education is a high quality and efficient optimization of quality education, but also the pursuit of rural primary goal. However, quality education is not equal to the outstanding school buildings, excellent management system, excellent teachers, simple accumulation of outstanding students. A fundamental characteristic of truly quality education lies in a good campus culture that integrates teaching facilities, teachers, student groups and management systems and can continuously develop or produce from this whole body. Our school is based on “Liren ” as the main body, “Lishi ” as the fundamental, “legislation school ” as the key point, based on reality, continuous and gradual construction of quality educational resources.
