室间隔膜部瘤多合并室间隔缺损。在本组１６２例经左心室造影诊断的膜部空间隔缺损中，有２８例合并室间隔膜部瘤，其中６例导致右室流出道血流动力学性梗阻。本文对室问隔膜部瘤及其所致的右室流出道血流动力学性梗阻的诊断及临床意义予以讨论。
Ventricular septal mesenteric multiple ventricular septal defect. In this group of 162 cases diagnosed by left ventricular diaphragmatic septal defect in the diaphragm, 28 cases with interventricular septum tumor, of which 6 cases led to right ventricular outflow tract hemodynamic obstruction. This article asked the Department of septal aneurysm and its right ventricular outflow tract hemodynamic obstruction diagnosis and clinical implications are discussed.
