为贯彻中国科技大会精神,有效地实施“科技兴国”战略,进一步提高农业科研工作的效率和质量,加快农业科技成果转化,促进先进实用的农业技术推广,推动我国持续农业发展。从1995年起,中国农学会对部分全国高产、优质、高效农产品及实用农业技术(项目)实行评价推荐制度,近期申报的数百项产品及技术(项目),分别经过国家法定监测中心的监测、评价委员会专家的严格审查和综合评价,首批结果已于3月20日正式公布。
