职业院校教师幸福感影响着教师在教学中的积极性和主动性,同时也影响着学生的学习效果,从而牵动着职业院校的整体发展。为更直观地对职业院校教师幸福感进行调研,文章构建了包含社会、学校和个人三个一级指标,薪资与福利等16个二级指标的幸福感衡量体系,从广州市13所中、高职院校中随机抽取163名专任教师展开“职业幸福感”调查。文章基于层次分析理论将抽象概念“幸福感”进行量化分析,得出以下研究结论:在教师职业幸福感归因中,学校支持体系对职业教育教师职业幸福感影响最显著,其中人文关怀与民主管理、薪资水平、进修与发展空间、社会认可度和声誉排在前四。
The sense of happiness of teachers in vocational schools affects the teachers ’enthusiasm and initiative in teaching, as well as the students’ learning effects, which affects the overall development of vocational colleges. In order to investigate the happiness of teachers in vocational schools more intuitively, this paper constructs a measure of happiness which includes 16 first-level indicators of social, school and individual, 16 second-level indicators of salary and welfare, , 163 full-time teachers randomly selected from vocational colleges to conduct “professional happiness” survey. Based on the theory of AHP, the paper makes a quantitative analysis of the abstract concept of “happiness”, and draws the following conclusions: In the attribution of teacher’s professional happiness, school support system has the most significant impact on the vocational well-being of vocational teachers, among which humanistic concern And democratic management, salary levels, learning and development space, social recognition and reputation ranked in the top four.
