目的了解广西城乡居民缺铁性贫血与膳食营养素摄入量之间的相互关系,为开展营养健康教育提供科学依据。方法采取多阶段随机整群抽样方法抽取广西8个市(县)共2865人,膳食调查采用连续3日24小时个人膳食询问法;用氰化高铁法测量血红蛋白。结果广西城乡居民膳食中铁的供给量普遍高于推荐量,而钙、钾、镁、视黄醇当量、维生素B1、维生素B2等均低于推荐量。另外,农村居民膳食中蛋白质、锌、硒、维生素C等均低于推荐量。结论广西居民缺铁的根本原因是膳食铁的吸收率太低和饮食习惯的不合理,而不是膳食铁的供应量不够。维生素A等营养素的缺乏也是导致我区居民缺铁性贫血的原因之一。
Objective To understand the relationship between iron deficiency anemia and dietary nutrient intake of urban and rural residents in Guangxi and provide a scientific basis for nutrition and health education. Methods A total of 2865 people from 8 cities (counties) in Guangxi were collected by multistage randomized cluster sampling. The dietary survey was conducted for 24 hours on the 3rd with a personal dietary interrogation method. The hemoglobin was measured by cyanidation and high speed rail. Results The supply of iron in urban and rural areas in Guangxi was generally higher than the recommended amount, while the contents of calcium, potassium, magnesium, retinol, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 were lower than the recommended levels. In addition, the dietary protein in rural areas, zinc, selenium, vitamin C, etc. are lower than the recommended amount. Conclusion The basic reason for iron deficiency in Guangxi residents is that the absorption rate of dietary iron is too low and the eating habits are unreasonable, not that the supply of dietary iron is not enough. Lack of vitamin A and other nutrients is also one of the reasons leading to iron deficiency anemia in our district residents.
