为获得原油预热投产的经济环保方案,对某即将投产管线进行热力学仿真计算。通过建立SPS仿真模型并分析计算结果后发现,在投产过程中,末端流体温度随着预热投产时间先上升而后下降至平稳温度,末端流体密度先保持平稳而后迅速下降至稳定。选取油水混合物进站温度高于原油凝点3℃为边界条件,且综合考虑预热时间、用水量后确定了最优的投产方案,为现场操作提供技术支持。
In order to obtain the economical and environmental protection scheme of crude oil preheating and put into production, the thermodynamic simulation calculation of a pipeline to be put into operation is conducted. Through the establishment of SPS simulation model and analysis of the results, it was found that in the process of commissioning, the temperature of the terminal fluid increased first and then decreased to a steady temperature as the preheating time went on, and the density of the terminal fluid first remained steady and then rapidly stabilized. Select the oil-water mixture inlet temperature higher than the freezing point of crude oil 3 ℃ as the boundary conditions, and considering the preheating time, water consumption to determine the optimal production program for the site to provide technical support.
