近年来西方国家在企业的组织机构设置方面提出了“组织设计”的概念。所谓组织设计,就是要充分考虑企业内部条件和外部环境的各种因素,从具体情况出发,因地制宜地设计企业的组织机构,使之成为具有凝聚力的整体,以实现企业的战略目标。这是因为几十年来,现代化大生产的发展,企业的情况有了许多变化,原来的一套企业组织形式和有关组织的观点和理论在不少方面已显得不相适
In recent years, Western countries have put forward the concept of “organizational design” in the establishment of corporate organizational structures. The so-called organizational design is to fully consider the internal conditions of the enterprise and various factors of the external environment. Starting from the specific circumstances, the organizational structure of the enterprise should be designed according to local conditions, so that it becomes a cohesive entity to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise. This is because in the past decades, the development of modern large-scale production and the situation of enterprises have undergone many changes. The original set of organizational forms of enterprises and the views and theories of relevant organizations have become incompatible in many aspects.
