作者认为充血性心衰患者出现复杂室性心律失常,提示预后不佳;即使并无心律失常的症状,也应抗心律失常治疗,以期降低猝死率。
The author believes that patients with congestive heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmias, suggesting that the prognosis is poor; even if there is no arrhythmia symptoms, anti-arrhythmia should also be treated in order to reduce the rate of sudden death.
