中国长城铝业公司现有压力容器400多台,并有逐渐增加的趋势。在每年的压力容器检验中,都有多台压力容器因发现有超标缺陷需大修后升级再用或被判废而更新。锅炉和压力容器产品安全质量监督检验规则都较为明确地规定了质量管理体系运转情况的检查内容项目,但对于制造、大修的检查方法、评定标准等规定的不具体、不明确。而现在的制造单位年轻人多,经验、技术及管理水平有所不足。为了切实做好制造单位质量管理体系运转情况的监督检查工作,我所做了大量的研究和探索,拟定了一套较为完整的检查评定实施细则,具体规定了检查的内容、方法、程序、评定办法和对存在问题的处理意见等,使该项工作走上了正规化、制度化的轨道,使公司的压力容器得以安全运行。
