在激烈的论争中,“第五届中国地产经济主流高峰论坛”于1月11日在美丽的南国之都惠州落下帷幕。如何理性看待当前的中国房地产市场,并围绕这一判断做出必要的战略调整,依然困绕着诸多的企业领袖。本刊以为,在经过持续快速的上涨后,中国房地产业市场已进入一个明显的调整与规范期,企业家们应乐观谨慎看待当前市场,并做出必要战略调整。
In the heated debate, the Fifth China Real Estate Economic Summit Forum ended on January 11 in Huizhou, the beautiful southern capital of China. How to rationally look at the current real estate market in China and make the necessary strategic adjustments around this judgment is still troubling many business leaders. The journal believes that after a sustained and rapid rise, China’s real estate market has entered a period of significant adjustment and norms, and entrepreneurs should be optimistic and cautious about the current market and make the necessary strategic adjustments.
